The Cogneti Player provides workplace training, currently focusing on restaurants and food service organizations.

Cogneti makes restaurant training as simple as a game app - with proven and measured results. The app is designed to be used independently by each invited employee - or as a group during pre-shift meetings.

The app includes the chance to play a FREE TRIAL of a food safety game.

There is also an option for building your own menu or Front-Of-House (FOH) server training.

With a simple tap, employees will be part of a game-like activity shared with their co-workers. The play is secure and easily managed for new or existing employees, and according to their location or job function.

There are two basic workflows are TRAIN and MAINTAIN. The TRAIN workflow allows a new employee to learn and advance independently through training levels - building measured skill in recalling subject info. The MAINTAIN work flow uses challenges as a group activity for pre-shift meetings. Challenges can last a short time - a few minutes - and are a fun way for any sized team to keep job skills sharp over time.
